At Banditsports, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your game, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unused equipment and apparel. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the unused items back in their original box or mailer, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
